Yes it is. So how about abortion? Since I thought that was actually what

Hobby Lobby was arguing, or perhaps that was the Little Sisters of the Poor case.

And I do find it a bit ironic that most Single Payer advocates (not sure if you specifically agree with them on this) seem to have no problem with Govco exerting measures against fatties and smokers in order to reduce costs, and that's ok because it (allegedly) saves money for the entity paying the bill. But you do take issue with Hobby Lobby, etc. doing the same. Last I checked Govco can't have a moral objection to someone being fat, yet you happily dismiss a private Catholic owned group from having an obvious one. No one is prevented from getting birth control, or even an abortion, simply because Hobby Lobby doesn't pay for covering it. And no one is forced to work for an organization that doesn't include that in their coverage. But you're good with none of us having a choice but to be covered by someone that can limit how many Big Macs we can eat.

That might be more reflective of your instinct to immediately oppose all things religion related.
